We design and manufacture 35-50 moulds per month. The biggest mould we build is 13 tons weight and 1.8m in length. For main range, the molds we make are 3-5 tons.
There are 4 injection molding machines from 90 ton to 470 ton, which are mainly used for mold trial and pilot production.
The moulds we design and manufacture have been widely used in various industries, such as, automotive, electronics, medical, home & office appliance.
Like Benz, BMW, Airbus, Matabo, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Volvo, Jaguar, Range Rover, VW, Scannia, etc, are among the brands that we build moulds for.
More than 95% of our moulds are exported to overseas countries. Mainly cover Europe, North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa. For Europe, most of our customers from UK, Spain, Germany, Sweden and Poland.
