Hence, the factory is equipped with a variety of imported CNC gouging machine, MITSUBISHI operating system CNC machine, milling machine, spark machine, wire cutting, Hexagon three-dimensional testing equipment. With a professional engineer team of more than 25 people, we are dedicated to shortening the research and development cycle for customers, improving product quality, and providing efficient and premium service. By introducing nearly 80 classic product processing precision equipments, such as five-axis CNC/GF high-speed, high-precision spark machine and electric high-speed precision injection machine, MES and ERP digital management system, we are able to control the whole manufacturing process from the project development and management/mold design/mold manufacturing to injection production/preassembly/CNC metal parts, which greatly improves the production efficiency and product quality, which can fully meet the needs of digitalization & Data management, and also can meet customer's delivery requirements for mass production, in order to create more value in less time.
