And we have already designed and manufactured the equipment for biaxially-oriented special-type film to many customers.

Film / Paper Processing Lines: Such as coating machines, lamination machines, laser holographic embossing machines, Tetra Pak / paper-cup paper coating machines. These machines are mainly applied in high-end packaging industries such as soft packaging industry, printing industry, and electronic products industry, with over twenty patented technologies. Among our customers for coating machines, high-end users are more than eighty percent nowadays. As the high-technology progress rapidly, our company invest research high-precision multi-function film coating machine (TBZ-D series), successfully designed and manufactured special function film coating machine for 3M, Luckyfilm, Sunnypol optoelectronics company, also Explosion-proof film, Protective Film, Auto Foil and Optical Film (Diffusion Film, Polarizer, Solar Back Sheet), etc.

Complete Equipment for Plastic Woven Packaging Industry: Such as plastic extrusion coating and lamination machines, printing and tubing machines, tape stretching machines, large-width extrusion coating machines for tarpaulin (6200mm wide), and flexographic printing machines. Due to our development and innovation in thirty years, the automation of equipment has been improved continuously. Many models of equipment are the first ones nationwide.

Equipment for Environmental Protection and Energy Saving: Such as RTO thermal oxidation, energy saving and environmental protection equipment, which is used for thermal oxidation and heat recovery of waste gas emitted from the coaters or printers. The equipment is characterized by energy saving, efficiency improvement, emission reduction and environmental protection, and has already been purchased and applied by many customers.
