FERVID manufacture base is located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, with 15, 000 square meters of workshop;

There are a number of computer-controlled multi-axis winding machine, automatic temperature control curing furnace, automatic surface treatment machine and other advanced production equipment, with perfect FRP composite material performance testing means and strong research and development capabilities.

Each process of the product from design, procurement, production and processing to inventory and handling has strict implementation procedures and monitoring means to ensure the high quality of each vessel delivered from the factory.

At present, FERVID vessel can provide diameter of 8 inches, 10 inches, 11 inches, 12inches of products, pressure levels covering 2000psi, 1800psi, 1500psi, 1200psi, 1000psi, 600psi, 450psi, 300psi, 150psi.

With each batch, we record quality data on a certificate of material at the foundry and continue to monitor quality through the packaging and labeling of the boxes to shipment of the parts. Our suppliers comply with these same high-quality standards and are audited regularly by our QC team.
