(ZIGAO) was founded in2008, covers 22092 square meters(TWNETY TWO THOUSAND AND NINETY TWO SQUARE METERS), has 180 staff( ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY PEOPLE), with focus on manufacturing industrial valves, including cast and forged steel ball valves, fully welded body ball valve, split ball valve, pipe welded body ball valve, steel plate welded body ball valve, PE ended ball valve, top entry ball valve, orbit valve, pig valve, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and butterfly valves. Valve sizing 1/2" to 56", rating ANSI 150 through ANSI 2500, industries served covering oil & gas, refining & petrochemical, power & paper, LNG and Cryogenies. After development of 6 years, today the company supplies products to more than 15 countries and regions in the world and becomes one of the leading suppliers of industrial valves in China.

ZIGAO VALVE launched its quality management and safety system as ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and awarded API 6D, API 607, API 6FA, CE/PED approvals for the products.

ZIGAO established a multi-functional phys-chemical lab to further supervise the quality time to time, and fit out spectrum analyzer, portable spectrograph (PMI), mass spectrometer, induction furnace infrared carbon, sulfur analysis gauge, material tester, impact tester, spring tester, hardness meter, thickness meter, magnetic particle tester and NDE testing equipment, and also other testing facilities for valve torque, service life, flowing capability, low temperature application, low leakage and pressure test.

On innovation side, besides 2 patented valve designs, which is the pipe welded ball valve (patent No.: ZL200520113462.0) and the steel plate welded ball valve (Patent No.: ZL200520119076.2) there are around 10 new products that developed by ZIGAO dedicated research team by 15 professional engineers in each year.

Upon the continues increase on customers demand, ZIGAO invested a more effective control line with machining center, CNC lathe, CNC miller, CNC driller, plasma spray welder, auto painting & drying machine and ultrasonic cleaner.
