Our company started to produce module parts from 2002 and keep improving. From 2014, we started to produce modules and had experienced professionals to make a comprehensive and thorough design and improvement about our accessories from the structure, material, technology to the production of mould and molding. Those improvements including the structure of upper board, middle board and lower board (side board)and the shape of iron and hook. These improvement reduced wear to hooks greatly. We made formula research particularly for material of hooks: We chose a large number of materials and did experiments over and over again, and finally we found the material now we using. Its wear resistance and fatigue resistance are far beyond those modules on the market. It makes the module have a qualitative leap.
Following the principle of high-quality products manufactured by high-quality workmanship, we make strict check from production to assembling. Taking the advantage of owning mould and striving to get the mould into the optimal state, the side board and other accessories we produced are definitely with elegant outlook and high quality. With all this, modules we assembled have good sealing and it slides smoothly between hooks and irons, pulleys and harnesses, which prolonged modules' working life greatly.
