YRE CURING BLADDER INSTRUCTIONS

The tyre curing bladder (hereinafter rerred to as bladder)is an essentialtool in curing tyres. The quality of the bladder is closelyrelated not only to theproduction cost but also to the quality of the tyre. In order to extend thebladder service lifte and ravoid unnecessarylosses, please refer to instructionscarefully·

Pre-storage Inspection

1. Please check whether the package is complete and the bladder size is clearlyidentified before storage.

2. Please inspect the products in accordance with the standards of HG/T4626-2014Tire Curing Capsules or the requirements of the supply contract.

3. Each bladder is atached with a Bladder Performance Record Form in each bag oreach case.

4. If you find the goods do not meet your requirements, please keep them as they areand contact us immediately so that we can providefaster and better service for you.

Storage Conditions

5. In order to avoid possible deformation during long-time storage, the height forbagged bladders must not exceed 6 layers or 2500mm.

6. Store the bladders under room temperature, keep them away from chemicals andheat sources, prevent them from sunlight, andwhat's more, bladders must be keptaway from any oil.

7. Itis better not to open the case 48 hours before use in case the storage conditionsare in conflict with the above article 6.

8. The OTR bladder must be resumed to its original shape before being put instorage.

9. Please take care to prevent bladders from any sharp objects to avoid any pssiblehard damages under storage and tansportation cndtion.

10. We suggest that you store the bladder at least 90 days from the date ofproduction before use.

11. Please resume the bladder to its original shape 24 hours prior to use.

12. Before mounting bladders, please check whether the bladders size match as thetire size. We suggest you choosing the properclamping size as per bladder clampingparameters.

13. We suggest you do not use any lubricants during clamping the bladders, pleasepay atetion not to use any diluted water-solubllysilicon latex and not to drop it on thetyre mould surface.

14. When you test the bladder air tghness, the elongation of bladders should beproper in order to avoid destroying the bladder orcausing other problems.

15. The strict deoxidization and nitrogen curing can evidently extend the bladder life.
