As a modern factory of high start, high standard, high quality, it processes the first level production lines with capacity of 500, 000 tons DN80_DN1200mm annual production for ductile cast iron pipes with T type joint, as well as Self-restrained joint, N1 and S. This production line adopts advanced process, especially using 60m regenerative annealing furnace for assuring the pipe's mechanical property, antisepsis treatment adopting zinc spraying and innoxiously paintings outside and cement lining inside, which are widely used to supply and drain water systems.
So far, the whole company has been certified by SGS ISO9001: 2000 and BS EN545 and the production process strictly conform to the international standards ISO2531 and BS EN545 to ensure the quality and lifetime of every pipe. Angang Group
