Shandong Qishun Metal Abrasive Co., Ltd. is located in Zouping, Shandong, the largest metal abrasive production base in Asia. We focus on the production and sales of high-performance metal abrasives, with 5 major series and more than 60 specifications, mainly including cast steel shot, cast steel grit, wire cut shot, stainless steel shot and grinding shot, with an annual output reaching 100, 000 tons.
With strong technical capacity and advanced production equipment, we adopt state-of-the-art medium frequency induction furnaces and centrifugal atomization granulation technology. Through strict processes including secondary quenching, tempering, rounding, sieving and packaging, we produce high-strength and long-life reinforced steel shot and steel grit.
We have established a complete quality inspection system. We have introduced fatigue life testing machines from the American Owen Company to test the service life of abrasives, and direct-reading spectrometers from Germany's SPECTOR to analyze material chemical compositions. All products meet the relevant standards of SAE International. Our products feature strong adhesion, low consumption, high cleaning brightness, uniform particle size, moderate hardness, compact internal structure, good elasticity, fatigue resistance and excellent wear resistance.
