Since the establishment in 2010, Natum has been dedicating to the research and production of vibratory bowl feeders. Over the past 16 years, we've designed and customized a large variety of vibratory bowl feeders with the quantity of around 46, 000 sets for more than 1, 000 customers globally in the field of automotive, electronics, hardware, pharmaceutical, foods, cosmetic industry etc. With the rich experience accumulated in the automatic feeding and sorting, we are committed to probing for the sound solutions, whatever the parts are, small-sized or large-sized, and however they are orientated, by self properties or sensors or CCD technology. Based on the technology of parts orientation, we have set up our own platform for the design of vibratory bowl feeders, on which the design of handmade vibratory bowl feeders turns out be the advanced one and they are machined and assembled on the basis of modularization, which drastically shortens the lead time, namely, the lead time of production for 90% bowl feeders will be shortened to about 10 days, and the efficiency is increasingly enhanced therefore. In order to offer our customers with complete automatic feeding solutions more promptly and conveniently, specialized in the production of vibratory bowl feeders. Currently the annual capacity is about 6, 000 sets vibratory bowl feeders and 30, 000 units of all series of bowl drives and linear vibration units.
