The head office of Meike Group Company is located in Jiangling County, Jingzhou City, a place in the central south area of Hubei Province, and at the hinterland of Jianghan Plain well known as the area of culture and the land with abundant fishes and rice.

At the earlier stage, the Company was founded in Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province. In 1992, it was registered as "Yuhuan Jintai Automobile Part Co., Ltd", and at the later stage, with the increasing expansion of market business at the company, it incorporated "Taizhou Meike Machinery Co., Ltd"; And on 18 April 2012, in order to coordinate with the demand for supply of the mainframe plant, the company set up "Hubei Meike Automobile Part Co., Ltd" in Jingzhou, Hubei Province. These three companies have been put together and integrated into "Meike Group Company".

Guided by market demands, Meike Group Company orientates towards domestic and overseas markets. Moreover, it bases in machinery tooling in the form of compatibility of domestic and overseas markets as subjects having successfully developed the automobile steering system as well as a variety of core parts for automobile chassis suspension system earlier or later. The products involve "automobile parts, farming parts, petroleum machinery components, chemical machinery, medical machinery and lathe equipment and parts" and other fields. In 2015, the production output of the Group Company accounted for RMB150 million, and by 2016, it will break through RMB200 million.

Two subsidiaries in Hubei and Zhejiang under Meike Group Company cover an land area of 72mu, with standardized plant covering more than 18000 square meters and more than 380 sets of manufacturing equipment, 6 professional production lines, more than 20 sets of high precision test equipment, and total fixed assets up to RMB80 million. There are more than 480 operators at production lines, more than 60 technicians in engineering and 18 senior managerial personnel.

In 2007 and 2013 respectively, the Company passed the ISO/TS16949: 2009 quality management system review, and was awarded the system certificate issued by IATF Organization. In 2014, it was awarded the corporate title as "tax credit Level A in tax payment" issued by State Taxation Bureau of Hubei Province.

In 2016, Meike Group Company will build its corporate brand image with its unique sight. Under the circumstance of tense market economy competition, it will take an active part in market expansion daring to be progressive and striving to achieve the annual marketing objectives and strategic customer cooperation targets of the Group Company.
