Qiaolian Wind Power Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2006, which is a joint-venture with both hongkong investments, with registered capital of 68 million dollars. In January 2008, the company was qualified with ISO 9001: 2000 System of Quality Certification by China Classification Society Quality Assurance Ltd. (CSQA)

The company integrates business of scientific research, development, manufacturing and marketing. The fixed-asset amounts to 1 billion RMB. The factory floor area is 300000m2. Among the employees of 450 people and 180 persons are engineers with 11 possessing senior title. The company possesses 200 sets of various special production equipment, large machine tools and inspection instrument, especially with heavy machining workshop of 160 tons of lifting capability.
