QINGDAO YIYOU FORGE Co., Ltd was established in 2004, and located in Jiaozhou wan Industrial Park in the heartland of the economic region of Qingdao city, Shandong province, P. R. China. Our factory is situated in proximity to a transportation hub and is adjacent to QINGDAO LIUTING AIRPORT, the expressway along the Jiaozhou bay, the Jiqing expressway, and the Tongsan expressway. It covers an area of 100 acres with 22, 000 square meters in use for buildings. RMB 150, 000, 000 was invested, and Yiyou is one of the largest bases of forge manufactured parts in China. Some of our specialized products include automotive knuckles, front axles, flanges, gear blanks, engineered machinery parts, load hooks, non-ferrous metal forged parts, stainless steel forged parts and so on. Currently, we have two heavy forging workshops, two finishing machine shops, one heat treatment shop and one die workshop.

There are two forging lines in the forging shops, one with a MP6300 high speed press forging line and the second with a MP5000 high speed forging line. These are technologically advanced machine lines that can manufacture more than 800, 000 knuckles and bevel gears yearly. We supply the knuckles to SINOTRUK and other well known car manufacturers and are well recognized for the quality of our parts. There are three production lines in the roll forge workshop. One roll forging line is a fixed forging line with 4000t friction press machines for pre forging and 6300t friction presses for finish forging. The second forging line is 2500t front axle roll forging line. The third forging line is the 1600t front axle forging line. All of the three forging lines are equipped with an intermediate frequency furnace. Our yearly capacity from these lines is over 500, 000 pieces.

There are three front axle machining lines in the finishing machine shops and one high efficiency and precision manufacturing line for knuckles. We also have two semi-automatic heat treatment lines and an automatic heat treatment line in the heat treatment shop. In addition there is a MCRBII, a small and medium size machining center for manufacturing dies in our facilities. To assist in quality control Yiyou utilizes Metallurgical Microscopy, a brienll hardness tester, a carbon-sulfur analyzer, a Polarimeter and other inspection equipment in the SRMC. We have advanced equipment for machining moulds and have passed the TS16949 quality system authentication. We have the capability to develop and manufacture all manner of precision forged parts.

Our total factory yearly production capacity is more than 300 million parts. Our latest production development is the establishment of a 8000T Motor Direct Driven Screw Press forging line and a 12500T Motor Direct Driven Screw Press forging line with fully automatic controls. These machines feature the latest technology which will allow us to manufacture parts to the highest standard. Once complete this new line will boost our yearly production capacity to over 800 million parts.
