Hengyang Hongda Special Steel Tube Co., Ltd is founded in August 2006, locates in historical and cultural city of Hengyang which is famous for Hengshan, one of China's five great mountains. The geographical location of our factory is excellent and the transport condition is convenient. We are a professional manufacturer of large-diameter seamless pipes of φ 323mm and above. We have obtained Manufacture License of Specail Equipment issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate. We are also an API Licensee under 5L/5CT standards.

Our main products include structural pipe, fluid transportation pipe, line pipe, tubing, casing and coupling, tube for gas cylinder, high pressure bolier tube, seamless steel tube in low temperature, ferrite alloy seamless steel tube in high temperature, ect. We have equipped six sets of hot-expanding pipe production unit, a set of induction heating heat treatment line, two sets of 500T hydraulic straighten machine, two sets of 12-channel ultrasonic flaw detector, one set of automatic eddy current flaw detector, one set of automatic eddy current and ultrasonic flaw detector of 32-channels of SST-720 type, one set of 100T hydraulic prressure testing machine and other equipments for production and testing. Large diameter, thin wall thickness and long length are the advantages of our products, of which sizes of OD Φ 323mm~Φ 720mm, WT6.35mm~40mm and len 6m~14m. Tests on our products following certain standards are conducted by national certified laboratories and relevant reports will be issued together. We are also capable of performing HIC/SSC test on tubes for sour service.
