1. Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in North West, Floor 1, Building 2, Liuzhuang Village, Dipu Subdistrict, Anji Country, Zhejiang Province, Huzhou, Zhejiang, China.

2. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little model fee, if you placed the order we will pay back the sample fee to you and freight should be collected by your side.

3. How long for the delivery time?

Normally it will take about 30-40 days. According to type of product and quantity you order. If the chairs you ask are in stock, then once paid it can be delivered.

4. How long will it be shipped?

It depends on the order quantity and the product. Usually our leading time is 30-35days after deposit received.

5. Could you please tell me the Warranty Period of your product?

Our warranty period is 12 month, and if the product we sell is damaged (if not man-made damage), we will refund you new products in the next order.

6. Can I choose the colors?

Yes, we have many options of chair color.
