Founded in 1966, Shanghai lubrication equipment factory is a supporting manufacturer of lubricating equipment in the machinery industry, a member of the national technical committee for the standardization of metallurgical equipment, and a major unit in the formulation of national standards for the lubrication industry. In 2007, it was transferred to Shanghai lubrication equipment factory Co., Ltd.

In 1987, the state economic committee issued a certificate to Shanghai lubrication equipment factory as "national secondary enterprise". Since 1987, the company has been named as "honoring contract and keeping promise" by Shanghai yangpu district government for many years. In 1995, it was appointed as the member unit of the fixed-point supporting system by the ministry of metallurgy of China, and also as the governing unit and member unit of China heavy industrial machinery association. The enterprise has passed ISO9001 (2000 version) quality management system certification.

In the early 1980s, the company developed GLL and GLC series tubular oil coolers with good level and in line with TEMA standard, which won the certificate of "excellent product" of China machinery industry products and the "national quality silver award" issued by national economic committee.

In the MID-1980s, the company successfully introduced the know-how and production equipment from DELIMON (Germany) to produce high and low pressure dry oil lubricating products and components.

At the end of the 20th century, the high-tech technology was applied in the lubrication system, and the intelligent centralized lubrication system was developed. Widely used in steel, metallurgy, mining, power, building materials and other industries.

At the beginning of the 21st century, the technology of transforming vehicle lubrication was introduced, and the special lubrication system for vehicle was developed and produced by ourselves. The maintenance of the vehicle provides convenience, and saves a lot of labor costs, so that the service life of the vehicle greatly improved.
