In 1983, We founded Yongjia Baoyi Oil and gas valve factory, specializing in the production of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Valve Series and related supporting equipment.

In 1984, the company cooperated with North China Municipal Engineering Design Institute, introduced INC-technology from Japan, and developed and produced liquefied gas valve products.

In 1991, Upgraded to Zhejiang Baoyi Valve Co., Ltd. We have obtained the national license for production of High Pressure Valves and special valve series.

In 1996, the company was certified by DNV and obtained the ISO 9001 quality system certificate.

In 1999, Zhejiang BAOYI Valve Group Co., Ltd. Was established, the products involved in instrument valves, driving devices, mechanical and electrical equipment. In December of the same year, the State General Administration of Quality Supervision granted us the valve production safety license, which is the first enterprise to obtain the Valves-Safety-Production registration.

In August 2000, we started to manufacture valves for long-distance pipeline and obtained API 6D product certification.

In 2003, it was merged and upgraded to Baoyi Group Co., Ltd., becoming a National Non-regional Group. In March of the same year, the company obtained the quality management system certification of Lloyd's Register witnessed by TUV, and the PED/EC Safety Directive certification of the European Community. In December, we won the title of National Quality Free-Inspection Product.

Scale and Experience

Today, we have built 42, 000 square meters of production site, with nearly 100 sets of various production equipment, CNC machining center and high-performance instruments, to achieve an annual output of 22, 000 tons of industrial valves modern green factory. Only the main products which including safety valve, pipeline ball valve, flat gate valve, gas control valve and other series of valves, Its annual production capacity exceeds $120 million.

Since 2004, the company has successfully passed the national enterprise standardization good Conduct certification AAAA, metrology management system certification AAA, American Petroleum Institute API series certification.
