Product Use and Features

The fully automatic defoaming machine of Kaijun Machinery uses heating tubes for heating, and features manual door opening and automatic locking. It is mainly applicable to the liquid crystal module and touch screen production lines. In the polarizing mode, it is mainly used after the processes between the polarizer and the LCD glass, and between the ITO film and the glass are completed. When there are bubbles in the polarizer lamination, it is a manufacturing device for removing the bubbles inside the liquid crystal panel. It uses pressure and temperature to remove the bubbles generated during the lamination and defoaming process of the touch screen, and this process will enhance the adhesion between different materials. It can also be used in processes such as vacuum defoaming of CELL liquid crystal cells.
