The deaeration tank of the device is installed on the circulating to nitrogen pipe of the continuous drying system. When the circulating nitrogen flows through the deaerator, the oxygen contained in it reacts with the appropriate amount of hydrogen added under the action of palladium catalyst, so as to obtain high purity nitrogen and enter the circulating system of contact drying. The right amount of hydrogen flow in the device is controlled by a single closed-loop control system composed of the detection instrument in the control cabinet, the pneumatic film valve and the programmable controller, so as to ensure the reliable and stable hydrogen content in the system.
