Function description of each part:

(1) Unwinding part:

1. The unwinding adopts a shaftless hydraulic cone, which is convenient for one person to operate. The special cone top form is adopted, which does not damage the inner wall of the tube core. The 3-inch head device is sturdy and durable. Two hydraulic clamping cylinders, left and right, separated at the same time, the clamping operation is extremely convenient.

2. Two hydraulic power loading and unloading cylinders save manpower and shorten loading and unloading time.

3. The unwinding diameter is automatically detected by the proximity switch at the unwinding drive shaft, no need to input the material thickness, and the unwinding residual roll diameter can be set to automatically decelerate and stop, which is convenient for the next roll of material to be connected.

4. Equipped with a mechanism for manually adjusting the loose and tight sides of the unwinding material, the adjustment range: ±20mm.

5. The material is automatically rectified by the automatic deviation correction system. The whole frame adopts guide rail type to move left and right, and the moving part adopts threaded screw rod, which is driven by the Puliyuan servo motor to realize automatic correction.

6. The unwinding adopts corridor feeding, which makes the operation easier.

7. Two sets of 20KG magnetic powder brake are used for unwinding.

Traction part:

The mirror traction roller is driven by a 7.5KW servo motor.

Waste edge recovery device:

A fan is used to blow out the waste material, and the customer allocates the net cage to collect it.

Rewinding mechanism: (The finished product adopts automatic lifting and unloading, which is easy to operate)

Adopt upper and lower double shafts to rewind the cut material independently.

The upper and lower winding shafts each have an 11KW servo motor to drive the air expansion shaft. The winding tension is automatically controlled by the PLC according to the current winding diameter, so that there is no material thickness factor when multiple slitting, and all the winding ends are flat and the disk surface The leveling can be freely switched between the pneumatic pressure roller and the self-weight pressure roller. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll is controllable, that is, spiral winding. With the continuous increase of the winding diameter, the PLC automatically controls the speed of the winding servo motor to reduce, which greatly extends the service life of the inflatable shaft (non-human factors will never be broken).

When rewinding is required, the entire shaft tension (full air pressure without slip) and rewinding servo motor can also be selected in the touch screen as the torque control mode.
