The company pursues the wholehearted services for customers, and provides the sophisticated techniques for high efficiency. We have developed/designed novel vertical stirred bead mills without sieve and shaft sealing in order to solve the four problems (I. E., mechanical sealing leakage and damage, clogging of separation sieve, difficult to use small beads of less than 0.2 mm, and production of uneven particle size distribution) of conventional horizontal mills. The novel vertical mills are utilized in the effective production of submicron-/nano-particles of various materials like ceramic (I. E., Si3N4, ZrO2, B4C, BN, Al2O3), carbon material (I. E., CNT, carbon fiber, graphite, carbon composite material, graphene, and diamond), energy material (I. E., LiFePO4, LiCoO2, crystalline silicon), jet inks and pigment as well.
