Wuhan Sanzhao Mould Steel CO, Ltd(hereinafter refered as Sanzhao) is a joint venture trading company exporting tool steel, which is located in Guanggu International Enterprise Center, Wuhan East Lake Development Zone, is registered in Wuhan and has the legal personality with total investment of over 10 million Yuan.

The company is consist of three subsidiary companies, specialized in manufacturing mould steels in Huangshi, where is famous for producing mould steel in the world.

Melting plant is Daye Weifeng Mining Technology Co., Ltd, which is belong to Sanzhao's biggest owner Mr. Liang, our chairman, who also the Vice-chairman of Huangshi Mould Steel Association. The plant possess steel making equipments: 3 set of electric furnace, 5 set of electro slag furnace and one set of VIDP specialized in producing high alloy steels. Auxiliary processing devices include annealing furnace, electric band saws, turning-lathes and milling machines. An advanced physics and chemical test methods, equipped with test facilities like spectrometer, standard chemical analysis lab, hardness meter, metallographic detection and ultrasonic testing to control good quality for customers. An advanced technical and management team with its members originally working and studying for large companies like Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. Which is the base of Chinese special steel. They all have rich experience to operate all equipment from steel-making to machines processing. The mill has formed a production capacity of heavy section steels 12000 tons each year for home and abroad, including flats and round bars made from alloy steel, die steel, bearing steel and stainless steel.

Another is forging plant, Huangshi Sanli Forging Co., Ltd., the partner of Sanzhao and also have 30% share belong to Mr. Liang. There is a 4500NK capacity hydraulic hammer to forging 10 tons of steel ingot, which is the biggest forging machine in Huangshi. The advanced auxiliary process devices are continuous heating furnace, bottom heating furnace, chamber furnace, annealing furnaces and finishing facilities like electric grinding wheel peeling machines and electric band saws.

Ln order to match the production ability and expand our business scope to meet more requests. Our company is building another company named Huangshi Sanye Mould Co., Ltd, tookover lands 80 thousand square meter in 2010. The total investments are 12 million Yuan. We set up new facilities such as production like technology reform project, factory and warehouse. Ln the first phase, 33.3 thousand square meter land has been completed basic investment, while the whole project plans to be constructed and put into operation in 2012.
