To cope with the rapid growth of New Energies vehicles industries, we have established our new energy battery metal cases and containers business department in 2016. The overall project plans for 18 sets of imported 600 tons 10-workstation high speed automatic aluminum shell stretching lines, outfitted with fully automatic mechanical feeder process of oval metal sheets. In our Zhongshan manufacturing base, we have already operating with 8 sets of the high speed automatic aluminum shell stretching lines, 3 automatic ultrasonic cleaning lines, 15 automatic container lid manufacturing and assembly lines. Our Zhongshan plant production capacity has reached 4.8 million sets of battery containers and parts per month.

For our new YiChang manufacturing base, located in a 100 acres of land, is planned to operate in the first quarter of 2018. The plant will operate with 18 sets of 600 tons 10-workstaton high speed automatic aluminum shell stretching lines, 9 automatic ultrasonic cleaning lines, 20 automatic container lid manufacturing and assembly lines that will provide a production capacity of 6 million sets of battery containers and parts per month.

For our Machining Department, it is now operating with 100 sets of Automatic CNC Lathe, 60 sets of high precision CNC Processing Center, 30 sets of Stamping Machines, 20 PCS of high precision computerized automatic CNC Lathe. For our Plastic Injection Department, it is now operating with 20 sets of Plastic Injection molding Machines of which 6 sets are 800-1200 tons. All these machines and equipment can provide a one-stop business and services for full sets of power batteries and energy storage batteries.
