Dalian F. T. Z. Xueying International Trade Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-funded enterprise, a fully owned subsidiary, under Taiwan New Century Group. Founded in early 2001 Dalian company is approved by the state Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation having the right to dealing in international trade independently including aquatic, agricultural and sideline products, building materials, and electronic products, etc.

From the foundation period of the company to now, in many areas has scored brilliant achievements: building materials, the utilize of research and development in Taiwan Corporation in the fields of the global environmental coffin and tableware made of plant fibers has been acquired the invention patent certificate by 11 countries. As early as company was established in Dalian, the products have placed on production and sold to overseas market.
