Founded in 2021, our company integrates precision mechanical processing, mold injection molding processing, and optical design and development. The R&D department is located in Xinbei District, Changzhou, and the processing department is located in Danyang Development Zone. The company has a 1, 300-square-meter factory, equipped with complete mechanical processing, mold processing, injection molding, and testing equipment. Our optical R&D leaders are PhDs with over 15 years of work experience, and our designers all have more than 10 years of work experience, including experience at domestic top 500 enterprises.

Our company has multiple optical PhDs in charge of design, equipped with high-precision high-speed milling machines and imported injection molding machines. We professionally provide optical solutions, covering the whole process of optical lens design, sample making, mold opening, and injection molding. We customize TIR lenses with conventional optical plastics such as PMMA and PC. TIR (Total Internal Reflection) lenses, also known as total internal reflection lenses, use the principle of total internal reflection to collect and process light, improving the utilization rate of LED light energy. They are commonly used in automotive lamps, mining lamps, headlamps, flashlights, sensor light collection, etc. The applicable wavelength ranges from 360nm to 1100nm, and the product diameter ranges from 3mm to 50mm. According to different application scenarios, optical engineers conduct tolerance sensitivity analysis to put forward reasonable tolerance requirements. For aspherical lenses, our company can achieve a maximum surface accuracy of PV 0.5μ M.

Our injection molding workshop has multiple injection molding machines: 160-ton Chen Hsong (Hong Kong), 250-ton Demag (Germany), and 50-ton Demag (Germany). Our injection molding technicians have more than 10 years of experience in mold adjustment and management, ensuring the accuracy and stability of products.

Our main products include off-axis parabolic mirrors, ellipsoidal mirrors, free-form surface mirrors, integrated corner-cube metal retroreflectors, and various custom optical components. Among them, we are the first domestic company to realize the localization of integrated corner-cube metal retroreflectors, achieving an angular accuracy breakthrough of 2 arc seconds, successfully breaking the foreign technical monopoly of this product and filling the gap in this technical field in China.
