Hande was jointly funded by three companies, namely Houma Fenglei Pipe Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; Shanxi Chuangpu Pipe Mould Co., Ltd.; Shanxi Jinhang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The three companies combined their respective advantages and merged the business, technology, equipment and related personnel of the overlapping products into the Hande Company.
