1. Design: Latest OEM specifications are adopted in the design of CARLOS water pumps, superior casting, ball/roller bearings are applied as OE design to increase the durability and life.
2. Components: Pump housing is made form standards materials and no recycled material is accepted; Castings are precisely machined and enhanced by heat treatment when needed.
3. Assembly: Products assembly procedures are strictly followed the assembly working instruction books, when pump housing, impeller, bearing, water seal or flange assembly together.
Quality Control: Effective quality system and strict inspection criteria are performed during the process of manufacturing. Water pumps are received 100% leakage test and bearing vibration test before delivery.
