Shandong Longmai Group is located in Yangkou Town, Shouguang City, Shandong Province, on the west bank of Laizhou Bay, Bohai Sea. It is a transportation hub of sea transportation, highway and railway. It has a national second-class open port. Laizhou Bay is rich in brine resources and has unique geographical conditions and geographical advantages for the production of salt.

Shandong Longmai Group was founded in November 2000, with three subsidiaries, namely Shandong Longmai Chemical Co., Ltd., Shandong Landian Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Daqing Bolun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. At present, there are more than 1200 employees, including 80 management personnel and 132 professional and technical personnel, with college students or above accounting for more than 30%. The group's main business products are AMPS, AMPS NA, succinate, disodium succinate, edible alcohol, industrial alcohol, miscellaneous alcohol oil, DDGS high protein feed, 75% disinfection alcohol solution, etc. The group now has an annual output of AMPS4000 tons, 11000 tons of succinate, 217000 tons of edible alcohol and 193000 tons of DDGS high protein feed. Now the second phase of AMPS has been completed and will be put into operation in May 2021, with an annual output of AMPS12000 tons, which will become the leading production unit in China.
