The mattress equipment has a daily production capacity of 2, 000 mattresses and includes a digitalized mattress factory with advanced spring workshops (four sets of three-zone independent pocket springs, four-leaf clover glue-free independent pocket spring equipment, small bread-type spring machines), stitching equipment (new multi-needle machines, four-sided borders, automatic stacking, single-needle machines), fully automated edge wrapping machines, PUR intelligent environmentally friendly adhesive machines, ABB visual feeding robots, AGV warehousing robot systems, and fully automated assembly lines.
