Holy Electronics was founded in 2003. We are an enterprise specializing in providing matching surface treatment processing for customers of PCB, FPC and hardware products. We have accumulated enough experience in R&D and production since our establishment. We are able to master the technical requirements of our products. And we are able to produce the specified surface treatment products according to customers' requirements.

May 2003: Company established
May 2005: Start mass production and set up automatic Gold-Plating line.
DEC. 2007: Pass ISO9001 & ISO14001 certification.
Mar. 2009: Implement ERP system.
Aug. 2010: Become the first company in China to set up the Vertical Continuous Plating(VCP) production line for FPC with Copper Plating and Gold Plating.
Jan. 2012: Become the first company in the East China FPC industry to set up the Electroplating direct gold plating line.
Jul. 2013: Set up ENIG, ENEPIG and ENIP shared line.
Mar. 2014: Nickel-plated products are certified by Panasonic for mass production and end-use in automotive and consumer batteries.
Aug. 2014: Set up wet film printing line.
Mar. 2018: Upgrade Blind Via Hole Copper-Plating automated line, Use ultrasonic cleaning for plating pretreatment.
Jan. 2021: Automotive circuit boards validate by customer samples and designate for OEM production.
Mar. 2022: Nickel-plated products are certified for mass production by YWL, with end products dedicated to automotive battery parts.
Sep. 2023: Conduct a technological transformation program to enter the automotive and new energy field.
Oct. 2023: Implement the IATF 16949 management system
