The PSA system consists of a Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), an oxygen analyzer, flow meters, and auxiliary circuits. The control system sends signals according to a set sequence, controlling the opening and closing of 10 program valves. The oxygen analyzer continuously monitors the oxygen content in the product nitrogen. If the oxygen content exceeds the set value, the controller sends a signal to open the unqualified gas outlet valve and close the nitrogen outlet valve, allowing the gas to be vented directly, preventing unqualified gas from entering the next process. If the oxygen content is below the set value, the controller sends a signal to close the unqualified gas outlet valve and open the nitrogen outlet valve, allowing the gas to flow into the subsequent process and begin normal operation.
