Wenzhou leader valve Co., Ltd. is one of the specialized industrial valve manufacturers and exporters in China, founded in jan. 1999. We are located in wenzhou city, China, near Shanghai city. Our valves are mainly used in oil and gas industry, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, power generation and other related industries.
We own 4 big factories which have achieved ISO9001, PED/CE and API6d accreditation. Now our factories cover an area of 98080sqm, with 650 well trained workers and 150 skilled engineers. The production capacity reaches 20000 tons.
Our design software includes auto-CAD and auxiliaries 3D. Also we adopt advanced limited element analysis systems. We have advanced inspection tools to ensure material quality, including X-ray test, ultro-sonic test, magnetic test, three-dimension test, and pmi (positive material identification). We have the advanced machining equipment to ensure machining quality, including all kinds of CNC and machining centers, with total equipment quantity up to 700 sets.
Our strength product include: Gate, globe, check, ball, plug, butterfly, strainer etc. Available standards include asme, ANSI, API, bs, en and DIN. Our valves can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex stainless steel. The maximum pressure rating should be 2500lbs (pn420). The maximum size can be 80" (dn2000), and service temperature can be -196~600 fahrenheit degrees.
So far our valves have been exported to Europe, the Middle East, north America, south America, and southeast Asia. Our quality products are well accepted by our clients. Especially we have established firm and long-term cooperation with valve manufacturers in Europe and America.
